Upon choosing your tour date and time and once payment is made by PayPal, you will receive a receipt and a voucher confirmation for your excursion. Please present the printed voucher (or the PDF version on your smartphone) to the guide at the beginning of the tour.

100% refund if cancelled 24 hours before the tour, for any reason.

To cancel the tour, please send us an e-mail to dubrovnik-tours@outlook.com with a copy of your voucher if possible.

The price doesn't include travel insurance and we take no responsibility for personal injuries or loss of personal belongings.

The tour will not be cancelled due to bad weather conditions and money will not be refunded. If possible, a tour might be rescheduled for the next day in agreement with Doria Ltd. travel agency.

Since there are more than 300 stairs to climb and a total walk of 1.5–3 km (depending on the tour), the tour is not wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair-accessible custom tours are available as private tours — e-mail us for details.

We require full or partial payment by PayPal, and our agency representative will send you a PayPal payment request.
